Technical Overview
One of the main challenges of industrial workshops is premature rotting and phase separation of water-miscible metalworking fluid due to the high hardness of the water used. fluid SVL FLUID E200 HW It is specially formulated to deal with this problem. Using advanced emulsifiers, this product completely maintains its stability against calcium and magnesium in hard water.
Benefits and Performance Features
- Excellent Hard-Water Stability: Preventing breaking of the emulsion and becoming two phases at high hardness (up to about 400-500 ppm).
- Microbial Growth Control: Contains protective additives that help delay microbial degradation, unpleasant odours and sludge formation in the sump.
- Reducing the consumption of additives: No need to constantly charge antibacterials and water modifiers.
- Enhanced Rust Protection: Protection of steel, cast iron and various alloys against stains and rust.
