Technical Product Overview
One of the primary challenges in industrial workshops is the premature rancidity and phase separation of soluble oils caused by high water hardness. SVL FLUID E200 HW is specifically formulated to combat this issue. By utilizing advanced emulsifiers, this product maintains exceptional stability against the calcium and magnesium ions present in hard water.
Benefits and Performance Features
- Excellent Hard Water Stability: Prevents emulsion splitting and phase separation even at elevated hardness levels (up to 400–500 ppm).
- Microbial Growth Control: Contains protective additives to delay rancidity, unpleasant odors, and sludge formation in the sump.
- Reduced Additive Consumption: Eliminates the need for continuous charging of bactericides and water modifiers.
- Enhanced Anti-Rust Protection: Protects steel and cast iron components, as well as various alloys, against staining and rusting.

Recommended Dilution Guide
- General Machining in Medium Hard Water: 5% (Dilution Ratio 1:20)
- Machining in Hard and Saline Water: 6% to 8% (Dilution Ratio 1:16 to 1:12)
Important Preparation Note: Always add the concentrate to water. To maximize fluid service life, thoroughly wash the machine sump before refilling.
