Technical Overview
SVL FLUID FS500 is a fully synthetic solution with no mineral oil. When mixed with water, it forms a clear solution that lets operators see the exact point of contact between the tool and workpiece. Its surfactants and soluble polymers provide effective cooling.
Benefits and Performance Features
- Exceptional fluid life: Complete resistance to bacterial and biological attacks (complete removal of the tank’s rotten smell).
- Rapid cooling: Very fast removal of heat from the cutting area to prevent the deformation of sensitive parts.
- Rapid swarf settling: Rapid movement of suspended particles and grinding debris toward the filters, helping keep the nozzles clean.
- Workshop Working Conditions: Not creating smoke and oil vapors and maintaining the health of the respiratory system of the operators.
