Technical Overview
SVL FLUID SS400 is a semi-synthetic microemulsion that combines mineral-oil lubricity with the cooling performance and long service life of synthetic fluids. Its translucent appearance improves visibility of the workpiece, while the fine emulsion structure supports fluid stability.
Benefits and Performance Features
- High Resistance to Microbial Degradation: Not creating bad smell in the workshop even during long-term stoppage of the production line.
- Excellent Cooling and Flushing: Rapidly flushes swarf and metal fines away from the workpiece and tool.
- Non-Tacky Residues: Helps prevent sticky deposits on CNC slideways, toolholders and machine tables.
- Reduced Overflow and Fluid Loss: Less adhesion of fluid to swarf leads to reduction of physical waste of the product.
